What to expect:

  • Before: Stop retinols and exfoliants 1 weeks prior. If you are prone to cold sores, take medication prior.

  • Time to allow: 30 minutes

  • ​​​​​​​During: Firm massaging along with a tingling sensation can be expected and subsides as soon as your skin is neutralized with water.

  • After: You can resume most activities right away such as working out, sauna and water activities. Makeup can be worn right away and during the entire series. You will receive take home products to use for the duration of the series.
