Time to allow: 90 minutes

​​​​​​​Before: Stop retinols and exfoliants 1 weeks prior. If you are prone to cold sores, take medication prior.

During: Topical anesthetic is applied for 30 minutes prior to your treatment. You will feel firm massaging while applying PRX. During the microneedling, most people feel the slight vibration of the device during the procedure. You might feel a light prickle sensation, but the device can be adjusted to provide the best experience possible.

After: The treated area will be red and slightly tender. You will look like you have a sunburn that lasts about 24 hours. After 24 hours, you will be able to apply make-up as usual and the skin will appear slightly pink. Some people have mild flaking of skin 3-4 days after the treatment.

Follow up: Results can be seen shortly after the first treatment, but in order to achieve the best results, a series of at least 3 is recommended. One treatment every 4 weeks
